Wheelskins Leather Steering Wheel Covers Reviews

Wheelskin adds nice feel

Reviewed By Gordon M (Lafayette, LA) Reviewed for a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country —11/25/2007 7:20 AM

I got the wheelskin to cover up the stock "leather" stearing wheel cover. I'm not sure what the stock one is made of but it turned black and started to rub off (tan is its stock color). The wheelskin feels great and was easy to put on. It does take about an hour just like the directions said. I used to the sand color for my tan colored interior. It seemed the closest although it is a bit lighter than the original. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it doesn't cover the spoke leather sections. It would be nice if they made custom cut skins to fit the stock wheels that would cover the spokes like the original. It looks pretty good though and it is alot nicer than the slip on cover I used for a while. The leather is soft and smooth and feels great!

perforated wheel cover

After 12 years of my sweaty mitts gripping it the steering wheel in my Ford Excursion was all but done (cosmedically) Got my new Wheelskins, and it fit perfect, took a little bit to lace it on but it came out looking like a picture in a magazine, And the fact it was made in America was just icing on the cake

Not my size

Reviewed By Ray O (GREEN VALLEY, AZ) —11/29/2014 11:20 AM

This is a real nice wheel cover, at least it was before I tried to pry it over my 15.5 inch steering wheel. The bottom seam is stretched to a 1/2 inch gap and may come apart at any time. The info said it was good for that size, but it ain't. There is no give to the cover.
