Looks Great, Feels Great, Better Know How To Sew

Reviewed By Paul S (PALATINE, IL) Reviewed for a 2013 Mazda 5 —7/17/2017 9:15 PM

Thankfully, I have some basic sewing skills which really helped. With that, it took some time to get the hang of it. You have to thread the entire waxed string through every hole, pulling very tightly to create a clean seam where the leather meets. It took about 1 & 3/4 hours, including undoing a section once I realized I had misaligned the holes. The waxed string got tangled several times, too. BUT, the end result looks awesome!! Feels great. Well worth the effort. Way better than brand new!

Looks Great

Reviewed By Michael R (Lancaster, SC) Reviewed for a 2013 Chevy Express —7/20/2017 6:38 AM

Vinyl coating had started to come off of my steering wheel so I needed a cover. Once installed it looks great. I was not sure how the cover would turn out around the spokes of the wheel but it looked great. Wear a pair of thin gloves while installing so that you can pull strongly on the string while threading it up.
