Charge straight into the winner’s circle with the Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger Kit putting the power to the pavement. Designed, tested and built by the most trusted name in automotive performance, the Edelbrock Supercharger is a street-legal, under-the-hood game changer.
The heart of the Edelbrock kit is an Eaton® Generation VI Twin Vortices Series Rotor assembly. Featuring four lobes with 160° of twist, this Roots-style system delivers maximum flow, minimum temperature rise and quiet operation for great daily drivability.
What sets the Edelbrock system apart from lesser units is the inverted supercharger assembly. This unique orientation allows maximum intake runner length for massive low end torque. An integrated bypass valve helps eliminate parasitic loss under light throttle for improved mileage potential.
Fitting neatly under your hood and finished with a classic black powder coat, your E-Force Supercharger Kit almost looks like a factory unit. But, sucking the headlights out of your competition leaves little doubt that your ride is anything but factory! And best yet, Edelbrock backs your E-Force Supercharger Kit with a 1-year warranty.
Our 2+ Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger Kits customer reviews have an average rating of 4.50 out of 5 stars. To see specific reviews about your vehicle, please select your year, make and model from the drop down above.

I really like the appearance once installed. May look stock to a non vette owner. Sounds quiet (which i like)but can hear the faint whine of a charger when revved. I chose to go with a Borla cat back touring exhaust, so my car seems quite tame till opened up. That's when you feel the power of the E-force, and growl of my new exhaust system. Btw, my Vette is a 2005 ls2 Z51 convertible. Now i own an awesome sleeper!

My installation was completed by the best, Kiwi Riordan, a good friend the works at Hendrick Performance. This is not an installation that should be undertaken my a novice. The most difficult part of the installation is staking the crankshaft pulley per Kiwi. He also spent many hours on the horns due to the ridged mounting bracket supplied in the kit. This is a known problem that Edelbrock is correcting. The completed installation looks like it came from the factory. Complements must go to Edelbrock for this excellent design. I am at 515 rwhp and 487 torque lbs with my Stainless Works headers and hi-flow CATs. I got 26 mpg driving back from Charlotte to Atlanta. What more can you ask for. It is a sleeper to say the least.

I pull a 26' flatbed trailer during the Spring of the year hauling 5-8 tons of seed to customers. Would like a little more get-up-n-go from stock. If I add the supercharger, what headers and exhaust would you recommend for the biggest bang?
Answered by Nathan S. — Mar 22, 2013 8:49 AM
Hi, Go with a set of Flowmaster Scavenger Series Headers: Flowmaster Headers And a Flowmaster Exhaust System: Flowmaster Exhaust

Hi, I bet the dealership would love to install it for you. Shops are scrambling for work and dealerships are no exception, even with aftermarket parts.

Hello. AutoAnything is not affiliated with any mechanics in the St. Louis area. The best method to find one would be to search on the web or yelp for mechanics in St. Louis and call them for a quote.

Will I still be able to get an inspection sticker, it says off road use only? I only want to tow a camper trailer in the mountains in New Mexico (4000 to 10,000 feet elevation). Normally, its my regular drive to work truck in Houston Tx.
Answered by Nathan S. — Nov 26, 2012 3:13 PM
Hi,the product needs to pass independent testing to become a CARB approved part. The supercharger may become legal sometime in the future but for now, it's "for offroad use only", and not street legal.

Hi, It's tuned to provide reasonable power without breaking stuff under normal driving. When in doubt, add a larger transmission cooler.

my firebird is all stock but i was thinking of adding a supercharger... would I have to install other products to help my engine handle the supercharger? also what kind of increase in hp would I be hoping for? Thanks
Answered by Anonymous — Jan 06, 2013 6:42 AM
when adding a supercharger to any stock vehicle, there are many aspects to consider. upgrading the cooling system, the transmission, the brakes and tire/wheels should all be considered. the car comes as a balanced package from the factory. adding alot of horsepower means upgrading the other aspects to rebalance the equation

What kind of hp gains can I expect on a completely stock motor with this supercharger? And what will happen to my mileage?
Answered by Nathan S. — Aug 08, 2012 4:05 PM
Hi Elijah, The dyno results for the 4.8L Sierra were 334hp and 380 ft-lbs of torque. Superchargers usually won't help your fuel mileage but it should remain close to the same depending on your driving style due to the integrated bypass valve on the supercharger. The bypass valve prevents boost from being generated when you don't need it, saving you gas.

when doing the supercharger how much of a Horse Power gain should I expect? I also have the Exhaust done and the Chip. Also What else would I need to Upgrade when doing the supercharger?
Answered by Nathan S. — Jul 04, 2012 6:45 PM 2010 GMC Sierra
It can be as much as 512 HP and 546 ft/lbs of torque at the flywheel with the 6.2L V8. You won't reuse the chip as the supercharger kit includes an electronic PCM programming module tuned specifically for your truck. The exhaust upgrade you have done was a great idea and will compliment the supercharger well.

We are still waiting for Edelbrock to finish their performance testing for the 5.3L V8 but I would expect the total horsepower to top out around the 400 range.

Answered by Nathan S. — May 10, 2012 6:54 AM 2007 Ford Focus
You can absolutely use this supercharger, and what a difference it will make! Your 5.4L will wake up and put out 478 hp and 504 ft-lbs. of torque at the flywheel. All of this comes with a supercharger designed to not only make a lot of power, but will also allow you to retain some of your factory driveability at low rpm due to the integrated bypass valve.
