These are way better and firmer then the excel i just took off

definitely better than the old ones at 69K miles which had no rebound. But these are a bit more stiff than the OEM. Hopefully this stiffness will will play out as longer life. But they handle well and do handle very bad roads well. They just seem to be a bit stiff on minor road imperfections. I like Bilsteins and have them on other vehicles.

I spoke to John Eldridge on the phone and discussed the matter of my concerns about hauling a fifth wheel rv with my new truck. He advised me about the Firestone products and assured me that it would do the trick, we will be receiving the fifth wheel on Dec 10, 2016 and can't wait to see the results. But without the rv the f-250 rides great with those bags, thanks again John.
