Description

Adding performance shock absorbers to your classic Chevy’s rear end can be a pain in the—well—rear end. Those flimsy sheet-metal shock mounts from the factory aren’t made to handle aftermarket shock absorbers. The Edelbrock Upper Shock Crossmember gives your rod a super-sturdy spot to mount modern performance shocks.

Edelbrock’s crossmember also helps stiffen-up your ride’s chassis, making for a better handling vehicle. The heavy-duty steel assembly welds in place, giving your shocks a rock-solid base to mount to. And, since there may be slight variations in width, the sliding end piece works to accommodate any chassis, saving you extra fab work.

The upper shock crossmember is powder coated black for a durable finish that looks great. It’s designed for use with Edelbrock Performer IAS, Classic IAS or any similarly designed performance shock absorbers. And, your Edelbrock Upper Shock Crossmember is backed by a 1-year warranty.
