"These seem to work well, so far. Installation is not difficult. It's easier if the vehicle is lifted from the body, as opposed to driven up ramps. Use jackstands! Allowing the suspension to hang down provides additional spacing between the spring coils, making it easier to feed the bag through. No leaks and the ride seems firmer and slightly higher. Have not used under heavy load yet. Should help a lot to prevent headlights in eyes of oncoming drivers when loaded. Be creative in routing the air lines to avoid them hanging down and getting snagged. No need for optional on board compressor in my opinion."

"Installed this kit on my 2000 Windstar to remove the saggy rearend when I tow my pop-up. Install was simple except the directions where vague where to route the hose to each air bag. There is a hole in middle of the upper spring seat on the frame that you should route the hose through. It's easy to do if you remove the springs which is also easy to do. After install which took 1 hour, I inflated them to the recommended 35psi and hooked up the camper. No more saggy rearend. Great product at a great price with free shipping . I highly recommend!"

"I tow a 6x12 enclosed trailer with my 98 4runner and before the air bags it slumped bad, rode bad, it was just bad. After the install of the air bags, boy ride quality was improved (both with the trailer and not), and I have no rear end sag! Excellent product."

"The one thing i am upset about is not doing this any sooner. I used to tow a 22ft boat(5000lbs)without it and at night everyone was blinded by my headlights because of my truck squatting so low in the rear, not only did it resolve this issue but it also drastically improved the ride quaility with and without a load. My truck tows this load like its not even there. I would even put this on if I was not towing now that I know what its like to have it. I was going to install a weight distribution hitch and a knowledgable sales guy at an RV center recommended this as the best solution to my problem. It is easy to install for your Do-it-yourselfers in your own garage and absolutely worth much more money in my opinion... I think its just great and Im sure you would too"

"I bought 2 kits. one for a 2000 silverado. the other was for my father as a fathers day present for his work van. my truck the silverado is just for pulling a trailer. my fathers 95 astro van was loaded down and had about and inch till it bottomed out. we put his kit on and it raised the back of the van about 3-4 inches. the headlight shine more on the road , drives better and is a great investment to getting more time out of a work van. I would have to say it is a great product. Love It. I tell everyone about them whenever i can. you have nothing to lose order them NOW...."

"The AirLift springs on my Toyota Sienna have been wonderful. At a low 10 psi they keep my receiver hitch from dragging. At 30 they keep the rear end at a good level while towing our tent trailer. My first set worked very well until I pumped them up to 50 psi (forgetting the 35 maximum psi). They WILL explode if you are an idiot.
The second set seemed easier to install then the set I purchased 2 years ago. The tubing seems to be of a better quality too.
A must for all Sienna vans especially if you tow."

"The installation went quick and the parts were of good quality. They really tightened up the handling Will have to see where the internal pressures go when the truck is fully loaded, to see if the starting 10 psi ends up under the 35 psi max."

"The kit is better than described. Installation will take you longer than 2 hours (maybe 2 hours per side)but it's worth it! The hardware is great and all parts you need are included. Get a good drill bit for the 2004 Ram, you will be drilling!
Excellent product, excellent price!! Highly recommended."

"Very easy to install and they seem to provide the required lift. Without any load, and fully inflated, the bags lifted the back end about 2 inches. When loading up the Sienna with 300 lbs of tongue weight, the back only droped to about 1 1/2 inches below how it normally sits...a vast improvement over its previous stanse."

Air leveling kit on my 2005 Freestar

"I used them the first time this weekend towing my pop-up camper. I pumped 30 LBS. in them and they worked great. My van didn't sag one bit and it rode very well. My van didn't come with a factory tow kit so i was greatly surprised how well they performed. I would recommend the air lift kit for anyone to improve handeling while towing."

Good product. Bad installation support

"I bought the super duty AirLift leveling kit for my Ford F350 and installed it in my driveway in about 2 hours. I haul a camper in the bed of the truck and pull a boat behind. I wouldn't think of doing that without these airbags. It makes a HUGE difference in the way the truck handles that weight.
My problem is not with the product, but with what came with the product. In the package that was sent to me, was a 15 page installation manual with ALL BLANK PAGES! My buddy had installed his recently and we continued with the install with his knowledge. Then, the package was missing all of the lock washers that were required as well as 2 of the frame bolts. Again, not a huge setback, but something that should be plainly included.
I recommend the AirLift kit, but also recommend that you check the packaging when it arrives to be sure you have everything."

"Installation was very easy, I did it on my driveway. The air lift took the shudder out of my truck's rear suspension when unloaded and smoothed out the ride towing my 8500lb travel trailer. Highly recommended for heavy duty pickups & motor homes. My family has been using air lift products for over 20 years."

Very Good--Ride is Improved
Posted on 05/31/2007 by Charles S. - 2006 Toyota Sienna (Spokane,WA)
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful.
"The ride in my van when fully loaded is much better now with the Airlift 1000 installed. We carry about 600lbs of people, 300-400lbs of gear and tow a 1,500lb trailer. Prior to installing the air lift kit the hitch receiver would bottom out a lot unless I drove very cautious. Now the rear of the van sits about 2 inches higher and the ride when loaded is about like when the van is not loaded. The only thing I didn't like about the product is the plastic air hose--I think those should be standard rubberized air line, but maybe the plastic is tougher than it looks. Installation took about 1 hour 35 minutes from very start to all cleaned up and I'm NOT a master mechanic, nor do I have the best tools or working conditions. The hardest part was finding places on the van to tie the air lines to--not much to choose from."

Awa some upgrade to my 2005 sienna XLE limited

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful.
"I installed this on my 2005 sienna XLE limit, after istalling a hitch and this kit completely eliminated the bottom out issues. The installation was a breeze and it took me exactly 1hour to do it by myself. Just roll the car on a ramp and get underneath the car and installed the product. I keep the pressue at 20lbs in normal driving condition and the ride is super smooth and you woun't even know the difference in the ride comfort infact it had improved the handelling and I feel the car more responsive to turns and has completely elimintaed rear end swaying and sagging. Would recommed this product to all sienna oweners even if you don't have a hitch installed just for the handelling improvements."

"I installed on F350 dually for 40 ft fifth wheel towing. I ran the air lines to the lower corners of the bumper. It works best to have seperate air lines for l and r, as I have 20 psi more in l side due to 3 slides on that side, so it otherwise would not be level. Install was straightforward. Ride is better."
