Dropping your pickup down to the pavement doesn't have to be a pain. Lots of lowering kits make you cut, weld and rebuild your suspension from scratch, but not a Belltech Lowering Block Kit. This quick and easy upgrade lets you slam your street sled down 1", 2" or 3" by simply bolting on a couple of blocks—any intrepid DIYer can get it done right in his driveway in an afternoon.
The principle behind your Belltech Lowering Block Kit is simple: the greater the space between your axle and leaf spring, the lower your rig rides. Your Belltech Lowering Blocks are custom designed to mount smack-dab at the point where your axle and leaf spring meet, boosting the gap and dropping your rear end down to the ground without ever having to modify a single piece of your stock suspension.
Belltech builds your Lowering Block Kit to be as strong as an ox. The Belltech lowering blocks are extruded from premium aluminum for maximum strength and paired with heavy-duty mounting hardware for a shift-free fit. Plus, your whole kit is backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

I had to purchase longer U Bolts locally for 40.00 because yours were too short by about 1/2". The nylon lock nuts liked about 3 threads getting into the nylon locking ring at head of mounting bolts. So, considering I had to pay 40.00 more locally, after tearing down truck, so I could get back on road, they were not a deal. Very disappointed with Belltech. I have purcased half dozen or so products from their name brand and never had problems before.

the overall performance of the truck has not changed because of the blocks. I would of thought that the back of the truck would become stiff but turned out it doesn't. Overall satisfied.
