I had another brands steering stabilizer, the Skyjacker 7000 looks and works better. Skyjacker also offers an upgrade to a heavy duty stabilizer.

Trickier than they look, but worth it

Required the removal of u-bolt nuts to install mounting bracket. Not going to use re-torqued u-bolts so.... It's a u-bolt replacement as well as installing the stabilizer. Other than that everything came together fine and the truck rides much better.

Not Bad!

I was looking for new shocks for my truck and stumbled on these baby's. I was a little concerned because of the price but I have to say the truck drives great. I really have nothing bad to say so far. Installation was a bit of a bear on the front. The rest of the installation went smoothly. Including the dual steering stabilizer. One thing I will note: I have an 01 Ford F-250, some cutting of the stock steering stabilizer mount will be necessary. It was easy enough to cut it with a jig saw,

My 2004 F250 4X4 King Ranch came new without any stabilizer. I ordered it new so I know for a fact there was not one on it. After a few years I put a single stabilizer kit on and found the steering was improved. Now the truck is 10 years old and was all over the road. This time I installed the two stabilizer kit and can now drive with one hand comfortly.

Makes driving a breeze I put them on every truck I own
