I purchased the whole set front/rear to replace OEM's on a 2006 4Runner and they really make a big difference. My SUV feels like new again. Installation in the Rear was very easy and you do not need to remove the tire but I would recommend you to do it it will save you about 45 min and you wont have to get under the car total time maybe 1.5 hr. The front is more complicated and you should have another set of helping hands. Installation is complicated because of the vehicle not the shocks.

I immediately noticed the improvement in ride quality, especially over bumpy terrain. Less shutter in the chassis, less wallowing in the ruts. Overall, very satisfied.

After 71K miles it is hard to remember the feel of the OE shocks, but with new Rancho RS5000 shocks on all four corners the ride is fantastic. Cornering is better, and there is less sway in cross winds on highway. I'll be testing them on some off-road conditions this weekend and I know that I won't be disappointed.

Love the new Rancho's. Big improvement over factory strut. Make sure you get the right strut compression tool if you are going to install them yourself. But great product and Strut arrived very fast from AutoAnything, much faster then rear shocks I ordered through Sears. Good purchasing experience and great price.
