I had planned on different shocks but service rep offered these as a supplement due to better value, price match my original choice as well. Great service, great product, easy application, will definitely be a return customer from here on out. Thanks

I bought these to upgrade from my 14 yr old stock shocks. With little experience, I installed both the rear shocks in about 20 minutes. The front shocks took longer as the shock was too short with the truck jacked up. I had to jack underneath the axle to close the gap so that the shocks could be screwed in. After taking the stands out, the weight of the vehicle allowed a perfect but it was difficult when it was lifted.

Dust covers suck!!!

Great shocks, perfect fit, all parts necessary included...but no instructions. Emailed as to how to put on dust covers and instructions were totally inadequate. Had to cut off strap and position way out on end for the rear and then had to pull down even further on the front shocks... a simple diagram would have saved at least a half hour plus a trip to the store to buy new straps to hold the dust covers on.

I ordered my Rancho RS5000 shocks for my 2000 GMC Sierra Z71, these are a must have, ease of instalation (don't be afraid of getting dirty), and they look awesome. Did all four shocks in under 3 hours. Not bad for some one with common tools. Had them on for about 3 weeks now and the ride is so much better. My old shocks, when taken off, did not expand, they were dead. I love these shocks.

This is the first RS5000's I've owned and so far they make the Tahoe feel smoother and more special to drive. I also had RS9000's several years ago for my '79 Blazer and they were amazing.

Super easy install, did all 4 shocks in less than an hour and a half....didn't even jack it up. Ride is a little stiff on small bumps like cracks and expansion joints, but no more bouncing and jiggling like the stock shocks. I've hated the way this truck rode from the day I bought it and only drove it if I absolutely needed to. Now I can't wait to drive it. Rides like a new truck now.
