Easily installed on my 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The jeep rides much better and handles better. I also installed a steering damper at the same time. Would like to see a better way to attach the covers.

My impression of these shocks was the same as the first set I got five years ago--clean, smooth, functional, and a vast improvement over the factory installed shocks. The original shocks lasted nine years. And while the Rancho RS5000 shocks wore out in only five years, I did use them on a lot of rough summer terrain and to support four wheel drive in harsh northern winters. I am glad to have the reassurance of the lifetime warranty and will come back for a third set if necessary.

smoothed or the ride of the old factory shock on my 2000 jeep Cherokee sport. the red boot is a little tough to get on and I would recommend putting some light lubricant on the shock body to ease the installation. I would buy again.

WHEN THE SALESMAN TOLD ME THAT THESE SHOCKS WERE A STEP UP FROM STOCK SHOCKS HE WASN'T LIEING. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM.
