Not near as easy as represented.

Had the bag kit (1000) that fits in the spring. With the Freestar, there is insufficient clearance. Finally had to take it to the shop that does shocks. They had to remove the shock, drop the rear suspension, remove the spring and install in the spring with it out of the vehicle, then reinstall the entire unit. No pushing through the spring as shown.

Good

It lifts a little and hardens the suspension, very good option for the price.

The Freestar van dragged its tail when fully loaded. Headlights were shining into the trees. Air Lifts have fixed the problem. I had the kit professionally installed. The tech told me that all fitted well, and it was not difficult. He said he dropped the shock absorbers for an extra inch of access. End result: Freestar stays level when loaded, and actually handles better; leans less on cornering. I'm well pleased with the Air Lift Leveling kit for my vehicle.

I used them the first time this weekend towing my pop-up camper. I pumped 30 LBS. in them and they worked great. My van didn't sag one bit and it rode very well. My van didn't come with a factory tow kit so i was greatly surprised how well they performed. I would recommend the air lift kit for anyone to improve handeling while towing.
