I can honestly say that I really can't tell the the difference between the bilstein shocks and the the ones I replaced. And my friends say the same thing. They were easy to install.

I've had these shocks on both Ford and GM trucks, and they're simply the best option out there. The ride on the street is firm, but not excessively so, and they provide excellent stability while towing. These are all I'll buy.

The install on my 08 GMC Sierra 2500 was very easy just need a 21mm socket and wrench, 17mm wrench and vice grips. I had 93000k on truck and noticed a slight bounce when towing so I decided to get these shocks after all the great reviews. All I can say is WOW WHAT A DIFFERANCE! The factory rear were shot with almost no rebound and the fronts were not too far behind. These new shocks make the truck much more planted to the ground but suck up the monster pot holes here in MI so much less painful.
