Bilstein Heavy Duty Shocks & Struts Part #33-185859 Customer Reviews
Reviewed by Jason O (Boise, ID) Reviewed for a 2005 Dodge Dakota — Dec 22, 2011 10:24 AM
I replaced the shocks on my 2005 Dakota and my Wife's 1999 Durango. I noticed better ride and handling right away, and these were very easy to install and saved us $400 vs. having a shop install new basic shocks. After installing the first one, I figured out that compressing them and using a string of zip ties to hold them compressed made it very easy to fit both bolts without pushing up as hard as I could to make the bottom bolt hole align with the vehicle. After I bolted them on, i just cut the zip ties and it made it much easier.
