These shocks are great, Installed myself and it took about 4.5 hours. The ride is fantastic, stiff but in a good way, truck feels more controlled over washboards and they lifted the front end close to 2". Installation was difficult due to compressing the coils. If you plan to install yourself take this step carefully! Would recommend.

I purchased the truck in May 2017 with 24,000 miles on it. Truck rode nice but floated like a Cadillac when encountering bumps and dips in the road. I changed out the rear shocks first and could tell a difference. I then purchased the front ride height adjustable struts to level truck out. The ride difference is amazing. My setting is the top on the struts. Only problem is one strut did not ship with the snap ring. Bilstein is here in Mooresville and I went by and picked up one for the mechanic.

I went with the adjustable shocks instead of a leveling kit because all the reviews claimed the ride was much smoother. Well they were right. I had them on their highest setting and ended up getting a level at 1.75 inches. This allowed me to easily fit 33s and the ride is as smooth as ever.

I installed Bilstein 5100 shocks on my 2011 GMC Sierra with 110K and the truck has a better ride than it did when I purchased it. What a difference They give the truck a better ride and they have leveled out the rake. The best investment I have made for this truck.

Fairly simple install and definitely noticed an improvement in ride. I put the front snap ring on the highest setting which resulted in about a 2" change in height. Leveled the truck up very nicely, less than a 1/2" rake now.

Love this strut! I put them on myself with no prior experience. Took me the whole day to put them on but saved me $160 in labor. I would highly recommend getting these for your Chevy! They work great off-road and ride awesome in town.

Just installed these Bilstein shocks today and my truck looks great. Pretty much leveled it out and it looks like a real truck. The ride is so much better than the factory shocks. I held off for over a year on getting these shocks but so glad I finally made the decision to order after reading so many great reviews. Don't be shy about making the investment in these shocks, its worth every penny.
