We replaced blown Pro Comp shocks on a Suburban with these Bilsteins. We couldn't be happier with them. Our ride is stiffer, yes, but we like the ride because either feels like it can handle whatever we need it to. It handles great on curves and bumps. Highly recommend these! They are worth the money!

Noticeable change in the way the truck handles the roads around Illinois. dampened the bounce and smoothed out the repeated motions on the lumpy roads. The extra length did in fact give the suspension more travel. I didn't notice and lift from the shock install, but was not expecting any. They look and feel very well made. Very happy so far.

I bought these new shocks for both the front & rear of my truck to replacement the OEM ones. After installing and cranking the stock torsion bars to level out the front end, there is definitely a noticeable difference in the ride as it has improved. They are smoothing running on & off road! Best investment to upgrade to these shocks for any truck.

I couldn't ask more out of a shock of this type. They soak up bumps and stop the bounce wonderfully. If you tow/haul heavy or often these may not be for you since they are on the soft side but they are more for the off roader

I have had a few off-road vehicles in the past, and all have their plus' and minus,' but all have been radically improved when using the Bilstein 5100 series shocks! I use my vehicle mostly in the desert SW, and I go into a lot of places that are similar to the Outback regions, and these take me there without wearing me out by radically reducing the severe plunging that is common to off-roading; bound and rebound is now in check! They are by far the best shocks I have ever owned!

Best bank for your buck. Replaced oem shocks on my h3, notice a huge difference right away. Good performance on highway, and rugged enough for off road.
