I purchased a 2004 Tundra Double cab with the TRD suspension new. After about 7 years the ride started getting spongy. I priced replacement shocks at Toyota and was sticker shocked. Purchased front and rear extra heavy duty shocks from our local tire shop. They road find for a few years but the ride was never like it was when the truck was new. I was saw an add about the Bilstein B8 5100, purchased and installed them and have been smiling ever since.

These are as good as there is on the market! On my '03 Tundra the 5100's got me approx. 2" and they ride is unbelievable/fantastic .. I opt'd to have those professionally installed.. the rears I did myself in about 1.5 hrs.. With my air-bagged rear the front was always 2-3" lower .. now it's real close to being even and I love the NOW higher look and clearance.

Bought these to level my truck and this was a great choice since I needed new shocks anyway. This is the way to go if you want to lift or level. I noticed a big improvement in my trucks suspension.

Had a block in the front before and truck ride was rough. Threw the new shocks on and rides like it did the first day I bought it!
