This set of sway bars made my 1971 Buick GS 350 land arc, handle like a modern sports car. It was easy To install once on a lift.

I was looking for an easy and quick way to firm up the tired rear springs on my Stage 1 Buick convertible. The AirLlift 1000 kit fit the bill perfectly. Pretty easy to install, once I figured out the trick to getting them inside the springs. I installed them with separate air lines so i can preload the right side for trips to the dragstrip. I normally run them at 5-7 pounds of pressure, which gives me exactly the lift and firmness I wanted. I had the occasion for me and three of my friends (all big guys, at least 1000 pounds combined) in the car for a 100 mile road trip last week, so pumped up the pressure to about 12 pounds and the car rode great. About the only thing I don't like about them is that with anything more than 8-10 pounds in the air bags, and with just me in the car, is very 'bouncy'.

The shocks are great and work exactly as they should. But for first timers like myself you should go with a complete coil spring and shock set,as I was not prepared or informed of having to compress the spring in order to remove and replace the shocks. A repair that should have taken two or three hours lasted two days because I was not prepared with the right tools.
