Would recomend for towing or hauling...." —Martin B from Montague, NJ bought an Air Lift Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2011 Chevy Silverado, 1500, 6' 6" short bed.
"Great product. Pretty easy to install if you have some mechanic capabilities. Works great with the Load Controller I Air Compressor Kit." —Scott E from Peoria, AZ bought an Air Lift Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2011 Chevy Silverado.
"Shortly after I bought my new truck just over a year ago, I knew that the springs on it weren't built to handle the weight of things that I needed to haul. A pallet of sod, even a half-pallet, would bottom the truck out. I was going to just buy a nice set of helper springs, when someone mentioned that I could get these and be able to adjust the ride for the load that I am carrying. After the install, I could immediately tell the difference, now I get almost no dip in the rear when I haul my fishing boat, and minimal dip when I load the bed with something heavy. The air bladders look great. One note--the installation manual isn't that great, so if you're not mechanically inclined, send it all to a mechanic for the install. Also, if you have the wheel-well liners, you will probably need to cut a sizable notch out of them to allow the brackets to fit into place correctly. But overall a great buy." —Zachary M from Davie , FL bought an Air Lift Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2011 Chevy Silverado, 1500, 5' 8" short bed.
"Have had them for a couple of wks now. Seem to perform as advertised .install was easy .instructions were easy to follow. Kit was complete, did not need to purshase any additional hardware for installation. There only reason i did not give them 5 stars is that I was told by online chat that the air dump was to the outside ,and that the control panel that i chose had a built in air soliend .this was not true .there was know soliend and the air dump is in the cab." —Roy C from Patchogue, NY bought a Firestone Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2011 Chevy Silverado.
"Great product easy install. Airbags function well when loaded . Truck is leveled and when empty the airbags help a lot with smoothing out the ride" —Trevor W from Hamilton, OH bought a Firestone Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2011 Chevy Silverado, 2500.
"Easy to install, didn't even have to jack up the truck. Haven't pulled travel trailer yet, but with the recomended 5lb air pressure it sure makes my Silverado ride better than ever." —John E from Waco, KY bought a Firestone Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2011 Chevy Silverado, 1500.
"They work OK. I had one tear, and had to replace it (from rubbing on the tire). The other one leaked until I slimed it. Overall they work great. If they didn't slowly leak, they would be 5 stars." —David P from Clinton, MI bought an Air Lift Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2011 Chevy Silverado.
"Only had units installed for about a week and so far all appears to be operating fine. Installed units on vehicle with a B & W Gooseneck Hitch system already in place. This caused additional work in that attach holes for both the Airlift and the B&W hitch occupied the same location. Customer service at Airlift was clueless as to any potential installation problems and/or recommendations. Added about 2 hours to installation time, but eventually units were in place." —Lee S from Delta, OH bought an Air Lift Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2011 Chevy Silverado, 1500, 6' 6" short bed.
