Air Lift Air Bag Suspension Kit Reviews

Recommend The Airbags

Reviewed By Mark M (Brady, TX) Reviewed for a 1998 Chevy Suburban —12/31/2012 6:26 AM

Only reason not giving 5 stars overall is 1) kit not set up to have 'T' option on airline and took my mechanic shop a full day to install: he only charged me 4 hours but said his tech was on it for 8 hours. I am -very- happy with the performance, a small hassle to individually inflate each bag and get the pressure exactly the same.

ReadyLIFT 2.25" Leveling Kit, 2014 Chev. Suburban

Reviewed By John S (SAINT PAUL, MN) Reviewed for a 2014 Chevy Suburban —12/7/2014 9:35 AM

This review will probably not be read by anyone because when he first saw the Suburban, my friend's son said, "Oh, you bought a soccer mom's vehicle." I thought a Suburban was more of a man's vehicle. This is the most expensive non electronic item that fit in a 6"x6"x3" box that I can remember purchasing. As far as appearance is concerned, how can an item that is hidden be rated? Since all kits, Adjustable, 1.5", and the purchased 2.25" all are priced the same, I decided to go for the most, 2.25", for the money. If I had known about the the advice contained on the box that the Avalanche and large GM SUV's would sit nose high with this kit, I probably would have purchased the 1.5". Had the kit installed by a friend who didn't indicate that there was any problem. Because of the "nose high" advice, I only had him install the upper spacer and not the lower strut spacer. This brought the wheelwell height at center of wheel to within 1" front, 37", to rear, 38". Realigned the front end and will take note of any headlight flashing to indicate that headlights should be realigned. Might install the lower spacers if the front facia turns into too much of a snowplow in a MN winter, the reason for the leveling kit in the first place.

Bilstein Heavy Duty Shocks & Struts Reviews

excellent product

Reviewed By Frank F (OURAY, CO) Reviewed for a 2004 Chevy Suburban —6/5/2014 9:59 PM

These shocks are slightly more expensive than oem models- and worth every penny! They restored the ride on my 2004 Suburban to better than new. I highly recommend them.
