Belltech Anti-Sway Bar Sets Reviews

Great addition for any Tahoe

Reviewed By matthew w (ARAB, AL) Reviewed for a 2007 Chevy Tahoe —2/11/2013 12:29 PM

These sway bars are a great addition to any Tahoe. Noticeably stabilizes the ride and gets the tail wagging in check. My '07 is lowered with Belltech drop struts and rear springs w/Air lift helper bags and it rides very well as it still has factory springs on the drop struts. I'm still using factory wheels and tires. I highly recommend these bars regardless of the ride height or driving style of your '07-up Tahoe.

Better than expected

I added a 2" leveling kit and wanted to stiffen up some body roll. The front bar feels twice the weight as the OEM. Definite improvement!

15'RAM 2500Cummins4x4 CrewCab 8' bed rear factory air suspension

I test drove a 2300lb slide in truck camper with the stock sway bar. At 48+ mph it would sway unbearably. I believe the factory 100% air suspension is to blame. I talked with the Hellwig engineer, he said just replace the rear sway bar. RAM does a good job with their front sway bar. The Hellwig Bigwig sway bar has three adjustable settings. I put mine at the middle setting. It seems just slightly firmer. I haven't test drove a truck camper with it yet, I will have to follow up later.
