ST Suspension Anti-Sway Bars Reviews

Front Anti-Sway Bar PT cruiser

Reviewed By Jeffrey G (Marlton, NJ) Reviewed for a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser —4/18/2012 5:42 AM

The suspension tightened considerably with the addition of this anti-sway bar. Product does not come with the bushing kit required to mount the bar at the posts, only bushings included are those (2) that surround the bar in the mid section. Purchased Moog anti-sway kit for each post. Overall, this addition solved many of the noises experience when riding over road bumps, common with PT cruisers.

Sway bar

Reviewed By Dennis P (PASCO, WA) Reviewed for a 2015 Ford F-250 —8/11/2017 9:45 PM

I bought a new camper that weighs 4,000 LBS. I put new shocks, air bags, steering stabilizer, and sway bars front and back. Don't let anyone tell you it is easy to install on a 2015 Ford F250. Had to lower the gas tank and us long extentlons to get to the drivers' side bolt. The bolt was a bear to remove because it is in a rubber bushing. When installed it works great. The truck is much more stable even with the camper on. Would do it again.

Great replacement for OEMs

Reviewed By NOAH C (Bradenton, FL) Reviewed for a 2004 Mazda 3 —8/7/2017 5:46 PM

My 3 (127,000mi) has been rattling for quite a while and the rear ended links were suspect. I replaced the OEMs (kept OEM sway and replaced bushings) with these and the rattle stopped; rear definitely feels tighter/smoother response. OEMs were worn out and there was no tension on the sway upon removal and these definitely put tension back on the bar; expect to use some pry leverage against the control arm to get these to fit. You will notice the difference.
