Skyjacker Hydro 7000 Shocks & Struts Reviews

Good shocks for the price

Reviewed By Josh K (DALLAS CENTER, IA) Reviewed for a 2001 Dodge Dakota —11/5/2013 5:15 AM

These shocks shipped within three days of me placing my order. My truck has a 9 inch lift and these fit perfectly. They look good but were a little difficult for me to install because the mounting hardware I currently have does not fit and I had to find new hardware. The most difficult part was inserting the bushings and metal insert but after lubing it up they went in very easy! Would definately buy more and I have already reccomended this site to many of my friends.

worth the price, but the under grill would've been easier

Reviewed By matthew b (punxsutawney, PA) Reviewed for a 2005 Dodge Dakota —12/16/2009 9:07 AM

it was a little tricky installed around the grill for the 05 dakota. the under grill would've been easier even though it involved more steps. otherwise it was a perfect investment for any vehicle on todays highways

Skyjacker M95 Performance Monotube Shocks Reviews

Impressed

Reviewed By Devin I (MISSOULA, MT) Reviewed for a 1997 Ford Ranger —2/9/2015 10:19 PM

After researching almost every shock on the market under $100 I decided on M95's. The first selling point was the description as being the fastest rebounding shock on the market, which is what I wanted in the front. The second was the aesthetics and design, namely the reverse mounting and the actual looks. With a 4" lift, you see the shocks, and I can tell you they look as awesome as they feel. The truck corners flat now and soaks up everything. The shock is stiff, but very drivable on road.
