"These shocks really smoothed out the ride of my truck. Had 1 that was defective right out of the box, called Rancho & they confirmed that it was defective. Called AA & they sent a call tag for pickup of the bad one and shipped a replacement out right away. My account was credited for the price of the bad shock as soon as they received it from Fed-Ex. I will definitely be dealing with AA again in the future." —Thomas C from Edgerton, OH bought a Rancho RS9000XL Shocks for a 2012 Ford F-250, 4WD.
"Shocks helped the ride quite a bit in my pickup. I am happy with the ride compared to the stock FX4 Ranchos that came on my 2012 F-250 6.7 Diesel." —Matthew G from Bennington, NE bought a Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks for a 2012 Ford F-250.
"I put these on my 2wd f-150 at the 2" adjustment on the front. Looks great, ride is fantastic! A little pricy, but well worth it for the smooth ride." —Bill B from West Palm Beach, FL bought a Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks for a 2012 Ford F-250.
"I had a leaky factory shock four years ago, but the original ride was great. I swapped all four shocks with Bilstein Shocks, They were tough to put on, very spindly and produced a springboard/pogo stick effect ride. Almost like a toy. It was absolutely aweful. While towing our travel trailer our F-250 would spring and wallow all over the road. I installed the Rancho Shocks two weks ago and haven't looked back. The quality Ford ride has been restored and now the truck feels more solid and sure footed than ever before, especially when towing. With the quality ride, and easy installation I couldn't be happier...now how much better would it have been had I sprung for the RS9000's? : )" —Jeffrey T from Valley Lee, MD bought a Rancho RS5000 Shocks for a 2012 Ford F-250.
"These gas-charged shocks are replacing the stock hydraulic shocks that came on my F250 FX4. The Bilstein's are a big improvement. They were easy to install. Only 90 minutes. The reason for 4 stars is that the hardware that ships with the Bilseins is incorrect. You will need to re-use the big washers and rubber grommets that came with the original shocks. Just knock off the captive nut on the top washer. Then use a Bilstein washer and nut over the stock washer since the shaft is smaller diamiter." —Gary R from Gardner, MA bought a Bilstein Heavy Duty Shocks for a 2012 Ford F-250.
