We've only used the AirLift kit for one trip. All is fine with it. We especially like the wireless controller. It works perfectly. It's a big improvement over our prior installation. However, getting the right kit for our truck was a real challenge. After talking to Autoanything sales people, we twice received kits that were wrong for our vehicle and hitch. We got the right one only after talking with AirLift directly. Autoanything did good in providing free return shipping.

I have a 2002 F 350 7.3, 4 x 4, lariat, LWB, crew cab, dually, and got no instructions on installing these shocks. Being old school I put the rear on I believe is the correct way (rubber boot up). When I tried to put the front on the same BUT they seem like they would not fit correctly so I turn them upside down (rubber boot down). That definitely look wrong. But after talking to 3 of your techs (one said boot up and 2 said down) I went with the 2 and put boot down. LOOKS FUNNY
