"The first thing I would like to say is WOW! These shocks have made my 1 ton truck ride so much better. Also Autoanything has the absolute best prices any where. I shoped around every where for these shocks and auto Anything beat the other prices by almost 50%. Can't say enough about them. These shocks were very easy to install too it took me about 40 min. total to install the shocks and the stearing stabalizer. Down side is that I am still waiting to get the in truck controller for it and I sent out the rebate on ctober 10th." —Joshua Lee E from Grand Rapids, MI bought a Rancho RS9000XL Shocks for a 2004 Ford F-350.
"The installation went smooth except the rubber boot was dificult to attach. After the installation the ride was vastly inproved on my front end and I like the ability to adjust the shock, it's performance was excellent! The shocks changed the ride and feel of the truck tremendously." —Bryan A from Hadley, MA bought a Rancho RS9000XL Shocks for a 2004 Ford F-350.
"This is a great shock for an all around truck. They have been on a couple weeks and work very well. I especially like that I am able to stiffen the shock when I have my snowplow on and then turn it down when it is off. The adjustability is great when your truck is a daily driver and a part time work truck.
I also have the wireless controller which is only wireless from the controller to a compressor. You still have to run air lines to every shock from a central location where you mount the compressor. I envisioned a truly wireless setup from shock to controller, which this definitely is not." —Robert W from Higganum, CT bought a Rancho RS9000XL Shocks for a 2004 Ford F-350.
"The Bilstein 5100's replaced some worn out Pro Comp shocks on my 2004 F350 dually 4X4 with 4" raised suspension. The improved ride quality and smooth stable steering were immediately noticable. The stainless steel body looks great. I prefer stainless steel to painted shock bodies because they hide dirt better and won't get chipped/flake over time.
These are the real deal, so if you're looking for a great pair of shocks; Bilstein 5100's are the bomb! Buy them and see for yourself." —Dale E from Sacramento, CA bought a Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks for a 2004 Ford F-350.
"Replaced old Rancho Shocks with the RS5000 they work great and were easy to install." —Brett R from Petaluma, CA bought a Rancho RS5000 Shocks for a 2004 Ford F-350.
"Very pleased with the shocks. Replaced the Rancho 5000. Far better shock. First thing noticed is how I no longer feel or notice every little road crack. Truck feels much newer. Front set at 4 for empty and comfort. Have not towed heavy with these shocks as yet. But the changes and my experience with the 9000 on a F150. I am certain they will excel." —Timothy M from Olathe, KS bought a Rancho RS9000XL Shocks for a 2004 Ford F-350.
"Well since you asked....I spent the better part of the day grinding the sides of the bottom end (1/8'' too wide)and boring it out to the correct half inch diameter to fit my vehicle. The wrong bushing size. There was no way I was going through the hassle of sending them back.I have since read on a forum site of two individuals who ran into the same problem.Other than that I have yet to drive the truck but am sure they will be better than what I had taken off." —Daniel F from Azusa, CA bought a Bilstein Heavy Duty Shocks for a 2004 Ford F-350.
