Skyjacker Hydro 7000 Shocks & Struts Reviews

Quality product from a reliable website

Reviewed By Elan M (OLYMPIA, WA) Reviewed for a 1995 Ford Ranger —12/28/2017 1:25 AM

I'll admit I haven't installed these shocks yet on my Ford Ranger. However, they arrived very quickly and the price was a fantastic deal. All required pieces arrived in each box and assembling the shocks was easy enough. Be mindful that the hydro shocks have a different fluid than gas filled and are thus easier to compress and extend. I know how to do this installation but I'm waiting to acquire a few more parts to do a complete suspension overhaul. If they product fails I will change my rating.

I bought the Skyjacker Softride Lifting Leaf Spring, fast delivery, great price. Installing was a breeze, I had never installed leaf springs before, however it went right into place. My truck is riding like new, thank you Autoanything.

Skyjacker M95 Performance Monotube Shocks Reviews

Impressed

Reviewed By Devin I (MISSOULA, MT) Reviewed for a 1997 Ford Ranger —2/9/2015 10:19 PM

After researching almost every shock on the market under $100 I decided on M95's. The first selling point was the description as being the fastest rebounding shock on the market, which is what I wanted in the front. The second was the aesthetics and design, namely the reverse mounting and the actual looks. With a 4" lift, you see the shocks, and I can tell you they look as awesome as they feel. The truck corners flat now and soaks up everything. The shock is stiff, but very drivable on road.
