First thing was to put everything into the proper perspective, after all the truck is over twenty years old. I was not sure if I was ready to dump my hard earned cash into the Ranger. I purchase the truck in '92 as a daily driver. It was never intended as a serious off-road ride, but a light workhorse for duty around the house. The little dude was beginning to look pretty tired and creaked around like grandma's rockin chair. Right now I can not afford a new truck and to tell you the truth it really has been a blessing in my life. Over the years this little 4x4 has not cost a whole of money lot to keep going. I researched my options as far what the best direction was to take and decided to go for it! Combining the Skyjacker lift kit (leaf springs, coils, and shocks) with a set of poly bushing have really made for an impressvive ride. Just two inches of lift front and rear make the stance look like it should have been all along straight from the factory. It's awesome! It has motivated me to continue updating this diamond in the rough. Thanks AutoAnything.
