KYB Excel-G Shocks & Struts Reviews

Excellent Shocks for my Expedition

Reviewed By Suite 1 (Franklin Park, IL) Reviewed for a 2012 Ford Expedition —3/4/2015 8:34 PM

I am a frequent buyer on Autoanything, they offer great deals and discounts, I shopped for more than 4 sets of Ford Expedition Shocks, they are the permanent resolution to the defective shocks that oem didn't find a fix for it yet. Very Smooth, great ride and handling, great stability, very welcomed upgrade to my own car and for my customers as well. NOTE: The Front Shocks does not fit the 2014 Model of the Ford Expedition, it appeared that Ford changed the design of the front shocks only.

Firesone Air Bag/Spring Kit for 2013 Tacoma

Reviewed By Ed D (Mesa, AZ) Reviewed for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma —3/4/2015 4:11 PM

The installation took longer then expected.. If I had to do it over again I would remove the spare tire.. Place Jack Stands under the axel remove wheels. Then I would place a Hydraulic Jack under the tow hitch and use that to increase the distance between the body and the frame. That way you could assemble the Air Spring before mounting. Place the unit between the Axel and the Body line up the upper mounting bolts and then the leaf spring bolts lower the truck tighten bolts.

2014 Ram Crew Express

Reviewed By Darren W (HEBER CITY, UT) Reviewed for a 2014 Dodge Ram —3/4/2015 9:05 AM

Install took about 1.5 hours the difficult part was putting the air bags inside of the springs. Then installing the top air line is a bear because the fender well covers the top of the spring but once installed you can't even see the air bags from the side. I installed for extra support when pulling my camp trailer and hauling my bike and generator, so with 500 lbs in the bed and 400 pds tongue weight it only requires 15lbs of air to keep the truck level great product.
