Gabriel Ultra Shocks & Struts Reviews

Right Part, right time.

Reviewed By Dan C (SEVERN, MD) Reviewed for a 2007 GMC Acadia —7/12/2015 9:55 PM

These shocks and struts are the exact same ones sold at Auto Zone for about 40% less, the Arcadia rides like a new vehicle now. I was told they would ship on day XX and they were right on time.

Some drilling required

Reviewed By Alfredo H (COLUMBIA, TN) Reviewed for a 2012 GMC Acadia —9/9/2014 9:24 PM

The good thing is they work as described. Greatly improved the feel while towing our boat. The description says No Drilling required. However, on a 2012 GMC Acadia you have to drill a 3/4" hole. Removing the spring was no easy task either. The installation took me about eight hours. I have worked on cars for ten+ years so it wasn't the first time I used tools. :)

No More Old Man's Car Look!

Reviewed By Brad K (Glendale, AZ) Reviewed for a 2013 Ford Taurus —7/29/2015 8:41 AM

Installed the H&R Lowering springs in my 2013 Taurus SEL 2.0Turbo Ecoboost sedan and love the look and ride. Well worth the investment. The car doesn't look like it's jacked up in the back anymore. The ride is great and much less body roll. The install was easy according to the tech I had do the job, but be sure to check your area to make sure there's a shop or guy that'll do the job. Most chain stores or dealerships, etc. won't touch any non-factory suspension jobs. Excellent!
