Air Lift Air Bag Suspension Kit Reviews

Some issues with installation, but so far so good on support

Reviewed By Richard D (Lansing, KS) Reviewed for a 2001 GMC Safari —8/15/2013 12:49 PM

Instructions state min 3/4 from bottom of fram rail, but also states min of 1.5" above top support bracket to allow for air line. What the engineer faile dto realize, to achive this, one must gring away inner wheel well fender to gain room and even that is not enough. First trip used, the plastic air fitting broke as it was too close to the finder well even after i ground away as much as possible without going into the floor board of the van.

Airbag on F150

Reviewed By Anthony R (Smithfield, KY) Reviewed for a 2013 Ford F-150 —7/23/2015 7:11 AM

These Firestone airbags were fairly easy to install and took about 2.5 hours total with no drilling required. I have a 4 inch lift in my truck and due to having suspension blocks in the back did not need the spacer kit to accommodate the lift. The bags are high quality and several of my friends run these on their rigs as well. The ride was immediately smoother.
