"delivery was pretty quick as usual, ordering from Autoanything.
everything was in the box and kit looked great.
Installtion took ~2hrs. easy.. didnt even break a sweat..
ride feels great at 8psi in the bags.
Hauled 4000lbs and put 38 psi in the bags. it level out my rear end and handled much better on the curved roads.
I added a TEE connection so I wouldnt have to fill both valves.
great buy should have bought these bad boys a long time ago." —Steven S from Houston , TX bought a Firestone Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2008 GMC Sierra, 1500.
"This application for this truck was a little different than ones I've done before. This was the best air suspension kit for the money. I did not want helpers, I wanted the air suspension that I knew that would keep my truck level and could handle whatever I hook on to or haul. The air suspension that mounts on the springs worried me because it puts the weight in the wrong place. Forward or rear of the axle. That's why they call them helpers. FIRESTONE has the right idea. I didn't care for there mounting j-bolts for the bottom. I installed both sides in 1.5 hours. I spent most the time taking out the 10mm head weathered bolts from the inside of the rubber bumpers. Installation of this is so very smooth. Its a very good air suspension kit and install is really simple. No reason to look any further this will work and you will be a happy camper." —John B from Shelley, ID bought a Firestone Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2008 GMC Sierra, 1500.
"The Air Lift Kit I purchased from AutoAnything was a perfect fit. Listed to fit my specific truck, I did not have to drill a single hole. I did find I needed a stubby open end wrench to reach the bolt but everything else was a breeze. My truck rides better with any load but also rides better than stock when there is no load. It just rides more stable in the turns. Great product.
