Having installed KYB shocks at about 150,000 miles, I figured it was time for new shocks, at 665,000 miles. I mean lifetime warranties only go so far. Was I surprised at the return of a smoother, more controlled ride. Funny, as time and miles slip by how we don't notice our ride getting bad.

I replaced the Procomp 3000 shocks on my lifted TJ with the Rancho 5000's. The ride improved immensely. After a good 50 mile plus test in the Anza Borrego Desert, the Rancho's were noticeably smoother and a significant improvement. ( And my wife did not complain once about the washboard roads! )
