replacement shocks for Mazda6

Reviewed By Hugh K S (BARTOW, FL) Reviewed for a 2003 Mazda 6 —4/2/2015 7:29 AM

The car was overdue for shocks/struts at 130+k miles even though ride and handling were still good. Irregular tire wear was the tip-off. The new KYBs make a noticeable difference and restore the original feel of the car. It turns out that the original equipment was KYB so the new ones work perfectly.

Koni Sport (Yellow) + H&R Springs = PERFECTION for '01 Camaro SS

Reviewed By Jeff Y (Houston, TX) Reviewed for a 2001 Chevy Camaro —7/22/2015 2:21 PM

I can't rate the Koni Sport (yellow) shocks & struts purely on their own merit, because at the same time I replaced the shocks & struts, I also installed H&R springs (112K mi). I bought the car from its original owner (my brother), & it came w/the Bilstein suspension. Before I picked it up, he installed Eibach Sport springs. The Eibachs lowered it more than the H&Rs do, but the ride was intolerable - too stiff, too "jittery". With the new Konis and H&R springs, it rides & handles PERFECTLY.

EPIC SHOCKS!!!

Reviewed By Corey C (SMYRNA, TN) Reviewed for a 2007 Volkswagen GTI —7/4/2015 10:49 PM

Spent 16 hours under my MKV GTI on a lift installing these with the Eibach Pro Kit springs and Eibach Sway Bars and Whiteline Endlinks. All great quality and stiffened up my ride while the FSDs kept me comfortable as well as tI'd to the road aND tight around be ds aND corners. Hitting an on ramp, you feel them tighten up as those lateral Gs start to rip your face off but they hold. The FSDs really are amazing and they are a steal on this site. If AutoEverything doesn't have it, you don't need it!
