THE F350 MERCURY MONTEREY

Reviewed By Albert K (Ewing, MO) Reviewed for a 2007 Mercury Monterey —9/22/2015 7:45 PM

My wife grew up with F350 & Ram 3500 farm trucks so she sees space to be filled. We can have 5 riders with us @ any time. I knew we needed new rear shocks, but I googled air suspensions, and look what came up! The cousin is the mechanic and this system seemed to install easily enough without surprises, and does it work like a champion? 2 total thumbs up! This is cool!! Autoanything delivered as promised. Can't wait to do the next project!

2002 Mercury Marquis

Reviewed By Dan K (SOUTH ELGIN, IL) Reviewed for a 2002 Mercury Marquis —6/5/2012 8:34 PM

I found the installation relatively easy considering no drilling or part removal was necessary. One suggestion I would make would be to attach the hose to the airbag before placing it in the spring. Just make sure to thread the hose through the protective disc and appropriate hole above the spring before placing the bag in the spring. I found the first one difficult to attach, using the manufacturer's instructions, once the bag was inside the spring. It might have been easier if I had a lift but I was working on the floor which made the attachment difficult.

Amazing addition

Reviewed By Glen H (SUWANEE, GA) Reviewed for a 2011 Ford F-150 —4/14/2016 4:01 PM

I added this to my 2011 F150 with the Firestone airbags. GREAT product and works perfect. I had 2 installation issues to overcome. First was the location to place it. I mounted the compressor to the under side of the bed, directly behind the spare tire. It's well out of the weather and well protected. Second was power supply to the controller. Key point: use the exact gauge wire as any other accessories you have connect (aka: amplifier, etc.).
