I got these to stiffen my wife's ride on her 2004 mini Cooper. They were easy to install, but make sure you get a manual. The rear, I just pulled the strut down and loosened the frame bolts. It slides right on after that. Don't do as they say to install. Look at the parts that are easiest to remove. The front now was alot harder. You have to loosen the whole subframe, tie rods, and CV joints. I can see why you would take it to a shop if you don't know what your doing. Excellent overall.

What a difference these made. I paired these up with Tein lowering springs. Great combination. Highly recommend. Going to do some autocross in July so the adjustable damper should help out.
