Air Lift Air Bag Suspension Kit Reviews

So far so good!

Reviewed By Ken E (Roseville, CA) Reviewed for a 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser —7/25/2007 8:44 AM

Haven't loaded up and hooked up the trailer yet, but it seems like it should work fine. Installation was more like 4 hours. I'm sure with a lift it would have been faster. First side took 2.5 hours. Second side in about 1.5 hours. You can't just remove the bottom shock bolt. You have to remove the top shock mounting bracket to get the suspension to drop down enough to get the spring out. Plastic "T" should be brass, plastic seems to easy to break. Extra spring clamps would also be nice since they are pretty fragile. Chased down 2 leaks and now it's holding air. Be sure to check the valve stem. It wasn't screwed in tight from the manufacturer. Lifts the truck 1.5 inches unloaded.

Air Lift Dual Load Controller System Reviews

Tundra Airbags

The airbags instructions were easy to follow and easy to install. The air compressor kit is another story. It looked to difficult for me to try to install so I had it done professionaly and they even said it was difficult. It took them about 6 hours to complete the application. The system works well and I am confident it will perform when I need it to.

Air Lift Load Controller II Reviews

Eddie. Air lift load controller.

Reviewed By Edwin P (Lake Havasu City, AZ) Reviewed for a 1989 Toyota Pickup —1/3/2017 9:35 AM

Controller appears to be of good quality. My problem is in locating a place to mount compressor in my 89 Toyota pu. Due to engine heat can't mount in engine compartment, due to occasional crossing of streams up to floor boards mounting on frame is out of the question. So inside the cab it goes. Will just have to put up with occasional noise.
