Look great on my 1988 MR2

Reviewed By Dann P (BATTLE GROUND, WA) Reviewed for a 1988 Toyota MR2 —4/16/2015 8:13 PM

Wanted to lower my classic 1988 Toyota MR2. Used these in combination with Koni Yellow shocks. Combination is perfect. Lowered 1" and the ride is nicely firm with shocks set to medium - 360 degrees on the knob. Installation wasn't too bad as you have to disassemble the old struts. Messy, but easy enough. Fast delivery from AutoAnything. Couldn't be happier. Really.

Worth the money

I am quite impressed with these springs. I paired them up with Koni struts and they're a perfect fit. Why pay more for Eibach? OEM springs transferred a lot of 'road noise' vibrations with a greater travel distance, these transfer very little 'noise' with minimal loss of feel. They are stiff and paired with Koni's set to 'sports' will make you feel like you compressed a disc in your back if you fit a pot hole, but that's a small price to pay for the performance.

There was just enough wire and hose to complete the job. ( had 3' left over so be careful). I don't care for the fuse connector for the power but it does work. I can Raise the level of the bed about 2". My recommendation it to make a good plan as to where you will be mounting and running all pa
