Air Lift Air Bag Suspension Kit Reviews

Air Lift Leveling Kit

Reviewed By Gordon R (Salt Lake City, UT) Reviewed for a 1995 Toyota Tacoma —8/20/2009 8:29 PM

The Air Lift Kit was fairly easy to install with little room for error. It works quite well and because it is not, in my case, intended for frequent use I did not opt for the automatic inflator. I will say, however, that manually inflating and deflating takes some experience. The bladders are so small that it only takes a second to over or under inflate them. Perhaps an external bladder should be offered as a lower cost option to the automatic inflation mechanisms.

Bilstein Heavy Duty Shocks & Struts Reviews

Replaced original Bilstein shocks on 2006 Tacoma with 102,000 mi

Reviewed By Dan C (Olathe, KS) Reviewed for a 2006 Toyota Tacoma —11/22/2014 8:10 AM

I definitely could have kept original shocks on for a while yet, but thought there might be some lack of performance. I am the only owner of this truck. These shocks have greatly improved the cornering and I can feel a much quicker response to bumps. Labor was $500 with an alignment, so it was not an inexpensive decision. I am extremely satisfied with the investment since I treat this truck as if I will keep it indefinitely.

Hellwig EZ Level Helper Springs Reviews

Toyota Application

Reviewed By Brian C (LEWISVILLE, TX) Reviewed for a 2007 Toyota Tacoma —11/7/2014 9:11 AM

These springs accomplished what I needed, more stability, no bottom out on large bumps, ride is improved with and without a load. Only complaint:....because with my model application, driver's side front U-bolt is mounted horizontal with no way to adjust tension at that location. Maybe I'm too picky, but feel like all U-bolts should be adjustable to the same tension....as it is, I adjusted the remaining 3 U-bolts to the same setting as horizontal bolt. Luckily this is serving the purpose well.
