Gabriel HiJacker Shocks Reviews

Allows Height Adjustments

Reviewed By Jeff P (La Vernia, TX) Reviewed for a 1971 Volkswagen Beetle —10/14/2016 8:48 PM

Bottom mounting sleeve was only as wide as the shock mounting point. The one on the shocks I was replacing had about 1/4 inch on either side sticking out, acting as a spacer. I had to cut the extra sleeve off each side of the old shocks and use them. I like the quality and functionality of them once I got the installed.

15'RAM 2500Cummins4x4 CrewCab 8' bed rear factory air suspension

Reviewed By Remo R (Harrison Township, MI) Reviewed for a 2004 Volkswagen Golf —11/12/2016 4:35 AM

I test drove a 2300lb slide in truck camper with the stock sway bar. At 48+ mph it would sway unbearably. I believe the factory 100% air suspension is to blame. I talked with the Hellwig engineer, he said just replace the rear sway bar. RAM does a good job with their front sway bar. The Hellwig Bigwig sway bar has three adjustable settings. I put mine at the middle setting. It seems just slightly firmer. I haven't test drove a truck camper with it yet, I will have to follow up later.

Air Lift Load Controller II Reviews

Works Great for that extra lift when you need it.

this is my Second set of Air lift products. I installed the wireless unit in my 2009 ford flex. I traded that car in for a new 2015 ford flex a year ago and just recently put in a new Air lft system (no wireless) and had it custom installed. the previous wireless system was installed in the rear quarter panel and was very noisy inside the car when I needed to lift the rear end. While the wireless control was nice I did not use it that often. The New sys was installed outside with controls inside
