Impressive improvement in performance!

Reviewed By Toby D (FOUNTAIN, CO) Reviewed for a 2004 Volkswagen Beetle —10/21/2015 2:30 PM

Overall, these are a great product for the money. I installed them at the same time as a set of 1.5" lowered sport springs. They work perfectly with the lowered springs. The installation was quick and easy for the rear but quite extensive and somewhat difficult for the front(only due to placement on the Beetle, not the fault of the product). The Beetle is much more nimble and more fun to drive. Stays much flatter in the curves and quick corners. Drives like a go-cart now. Very pleased.

15'RAM 2500Cummins4x4 CrewCab 8' bed rear factory air suspension

Reviewed By Remo R (Harrison Township, MI) Reviewed for a 2004 Volkswagen Golf —11/12/2016 4:35 AM

I test drove a 2300lb slide in truck camper with the stock sway bar. At 48+ mph it would sway unbearably. I believe the factory 100% air suspension is to blame. I talked with the Hellwig engineer, he said just replace the rear sway bar. RAM does a good job with their front sway bar. The Hellwig Bigwig sway bar has three adjustable settings. I put mine at the middle setting. It seems just slightly firmer. I haven't test drove a truck camper with it yet, I will have to follow up later.

Great product

Reviewed By quenton c (Lawrenceville, GA) Reviewed for a 2013 Volkswagen Golf —8/17/2016 6:40 AM

As soon as i put the rear sway on i went for a ride and noticed a good bit of difference in the handling. The back end was tighter and hugged corners much better and felt much more controlable. I recomend this part for anyone wanting to start a performance suspension set up on their car. Only downside was that for about two weeks i had to adjust the bolts on the brackets and endlinks to the right torque to prevent it from making a popping noise. Aftet market end links are recomended too
