Nice Addition

I did a 7 inch BDS lift on my Tundra a year ago. I picked up these UCA's and wished I would have don't it sooner. These arms are built tough and the creaking and popping is gone with the old arms. Bring on the desert! As usually at I saved a bunch with Auto Anything.

Tough but worth it.

Reviewed By Doug H (Gilbert, AZ) Reviewed for a 1998 Chevy S10 Pickup —5/26/2015 9:22 AM

It was a pain. The front was not too bad, shocks came out easy but the spring was a different story. Because of the control arms, there is not a good way to safely remove it so i had to pop the lower ball joints (which tore the boot) and used a jack to lower the bottom control arm off. The rear was the biggest pain. a 700ft/lb impact gun could not get my leaf siring shackle bolts off. we had to use a 5ft breaker bar. But it was all worth it. The "street performance" shocks are quite stiff.

5 stars if would have dropped close to 2 inches

Reviewed By Joel C (LOS ANGELES, CA) Reviewed for a 2009 Chevy Traverse —5/25/2015 8:57 PM

Installed these on my 09 Chevy Traverse LTZ, didn't lower much (Aprox. 1 1/2" F&R), but enough to make it easier for my pregnant wife and mother to get in. The handling on this vehicle in stock is already good and these made it even better. The only downside is that the ride is more stiff, but if you don't mind that everything else is good.
