Replaced original Bilstein shocks on 2006 Tacoma with 102,000 mi

I definitely could have kept original shocks on for a while yet, but thought there might be some lack of performance. I am the only owner of this truck. These shocks have greatly improved the cornering and I can feel a much quicker response to bumps. Labor was $500 with an alignment, so it was not an inexpensive decision. I am extremely satisfied with the investment since I treat this truck as if I will keep it indefinitely.

Very unhappy with the Bilstein shocks I recently installed on my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. The new shocks rattled from the very first bump, and don't seem to smooth the ride as they should. The old OEM shocks, with 104k miles, performed at least as well as the new shocks. Wow, I really got bilked, believing all the hype about Bilstein shocks!!!
