Great so far

Reviewed By John M (ELLSWORTH, ME) Reviewed for a 2010 Ford F-150 —11/21/2014 1:28 AM

I have had this kit installed for about a week now and love it. I actually got a 1&3/4" lift out of the 1" kit which is perfect.

Smooth ride

Reviewed By Justin W (MANAHAWKIN, NJ) Reviewed for a 2010 Ford F-150 —10/25/2014 12:23 PM

I have a 2010 f150 with a modified 6" suspension lift and 3" body lift. I got the bilsteins stuts to level my truck, I set them on the 2 1/4 setting and they are scary to compress if you don't have a hydrolic compresser I recommend a shop does it for you! But the results are not scary they are great truck sits rite ride great for a lifted truck of course and the rear shocks took the bounce out that my pro comp shocks had I would recommend them strongly! And the price sells itself

Installation Tips

Reviewed By Richard H (MISHICOT, WI) Reviewed for a 2010 Ford F-150 —8/1/2014 7:36 AM

Installation was fairly easy on my 2010 F-150. I did it on a lift, I think doing it on jack stands would be much more difficult. On the passenger side lower bracket, in addition to cutting flush a brake line mounting bolt as directed in the instructions, I had to bend the mounting bracket slightly away from the leaf spring as well as do a bit of grinding on the leaf spring inboard u-bolt bracket to get the Air Lift lower mounting strap to fit up properly. The most difficult part was installing the two lower air bag bolts on each side that attach the air bag to the lower mounting bracket. Attempting to install the bolts with the vehicle on the lift and with a separate jack under the rear differential proved futile. I wound up lowering the vehicle to the floor to close up the clearance between the bottom of the air bag and the lower mounting bracket so that I could align the holes up with the bag touching slightly the lower bracket such that when you get the holes lined up they stay lined up for bolt installation. I took the spare tire out and installed the air fittings as the license plate mounting fasteners. Looks neat and no drilling through metal, only a bit of increasing license plate mounting hole diameter and on my F-150 it is all plastic back there. It took my partner and I 3 hours to complete the installation in a well equipped shop with a vehicle lift. I recommend this product.
