Acceptable replacement for original parts

Reviewed By Jess T (AGOURA HILLS, CA) Reviewed for a 2003 Chevy Astro —5/19/2015 9:48 PM

Urethane material seems to be an acceptable replacement for original so far. The height is 1-inch shorter than original and there is no locating tang on the mounting base. The supplied mounting screw is 5/16 and is a sloppy fit in the 3/8 base hole. The screw has a Torx head, which makes tightening difficult. I replaced with 3/8 grade 8 hardware which fit better in the axle mount. More experience will determine quality and durability. Closer specs to original would be preferable.

Great improvement in the side to side rock and roll present in a 2014 Winnebago Navion RV. 1 hour to install, if I did it a second time it would take 30 min's easy job. Mike
