1993 400SEL Lowering Springs Installed

Reviewed By Raymond D (UNION CITY, CA) Reviewed for a 1993 Mercedes-Benz S-Class —1/1/2018 8:53 PM

I was looking for lowering springs that would not change the driving characteristics of the car. I've bought H&Rs & Eibachs in the past and they are great at lowering the car but also tend to stiffen the ride. These springs did indeed lower the car (about an inch & a half all the way around). The car drives exactly the same as before. If you are looking for lowering springs that simply lower your car without changing the drive characteristics, then these are the ones for you. Highly recommended!

B&G sport springs for nissan altima sedan

Reviewed By Clint H (GARLAND, TX) Reviewed for a 2006 Nissan Altima —11/8/2017 9:15 PM

Well I expected the box to be double boxed, but when I got it, it was in its original B&G box and the box was ripped open in two different places on the top. The springs look to be ok, I just wish they would have packaged it more securely. I have yet to get them installed, hopefully as is well with them.

Great upgrade from stock

Reviewed By Lawrence E (NORFOLK, VA) Reviewed for a 2001 Ford Focus —8/23/2017 2:34 PM

I bought these for my 2001 Focus ZX3. They claim a 1.6/1.4" drop, so I went ahead and ordered a set of KYB struts to go in, too. The overall drop is very good, so much that I got my regular jack stuck under the car at the end and needed to use my low pro to rescue it! The ride is a little bit more harsh than stock over railroad tracks or speed bumps, but feels sportier in all other situations and definitely makes this FWD gas-getter into a spirited little driver.
