All good except plastic bag with nuts was torn open (both boxes) with a nut missing. Installer used nut acquired elsewhere. Truck sits a little higher. Maybe old springs were sagging. Front struts rear shocks works great.

I tried another brand of strut assembly units and they didn't last a month before the nose of my car was bottoming out. These KYB brand are noticeably superior in height and performance.

The 2008 Impala has several different configurations for Rear Struts - depending on police/taxi, wheel size, etc. I finally was able to distill down the bewildering selections for my Impala SS, and AutoAnything had the correct set. Installation is within the average weekend mechanic's ability and tool set (15MM and 21MM Sockets) and the willingness to crawl in and out of your trunk a few times. The KYB shocks improved my car's ride and handling immediately.

They are ok. I am not overly impressed. I would have bought Bilstein but, they no longer made fit PT Cruisers. I am used to Bilstein and your shocks and struts aren't as tight as I like them.
