They fit exactly as they should. And I had not problems installing them. The pic on the site is wrong as of this review. It shows blocks and U bolts. This is a shackle. One note: You do need to fold the seam on the bed floor over for them to fit and not hit that seam. Nothing to hard. A few taps with a hammer and they fit perfectly. A little paint to prevent rust and your done. Other then that they just bolt right in. Seams to ride a little better now as well.
Check your strut angle first!!!
I have an 05 F150 4WD (which said would fit) and because the top of the strut is angled, this would not work because it flips the bolt pattern backwards and you cannot just flip the strut to compensate. My father has an 07 F150 2WD and the strut towers are straight instead of angled. Installing this leveling spacer was a breeze but the bolt pattern is now reversed. To solve this issue, just rotate the strut 180degrees and your bolt pattern will mate perfectly. Truck looks level, no longer raked.
