Rancho RS9000XL - Good Quality and Good Value

Replaced the rear OEM shocks on my 2004 3500 Ram Dually, 2WD, standard suspension height (I replaced the front shocks with Bilstein HD's, which were not available for the rear). The truck is used as a daily driver and to haul an 18,000 lb, 40' 5th wheel toy hauler. After one week of daily driving, I see a huge improvement in my commute (without the trailer). I have the shocks set at position # 3. The ride is comfortable, with little bounce, and good high speed stability. I haven't trailered yet.
Shocks shouldn't be bought over the phone/Internet

I called to ask for a 'sportier' set of shocks for my 13 year old Camry, which IMHO, is the last of the drivers' Camries, (a nod to LJK Sethright of "CAR" magazine). I was reassured by the 'adviser' at your end of the line that the Gabriels would be on par with Konis and Bilsteins. Well, they are not. The rebound control is no better then the original equipment. The Gabriels are not at all what I'd asked for. Three stars for the shocks and no star for the guy who took my order.
