No More Old Man's Car Look!
Installed the H&R Lowering springs in my 2013 Taurus SEL 2.0Turbo Ecoboost sedan and love the look and ride. Well worth the investment. The car doesn't look like it's jacked up in the back anymore. The ride is great and much less body roll. The install was easy according to the tech I had do the job, but be sure to check your area to make sure there's a shop or guy that'll do the job. Most chain stores or dealerships, etc. won't touch any non-factory suspension jobs. Excellent!
Not worth the price
I installed the shocks on my 2000 f150 that has about 110 k miles. The shocks were easy to install. I honestly cannot feel much of a difference in the ride of the truck after installing them. In fact I feel bumps in the road more than I did with the factory stock shocks that I removed. The truck does seem to corner better though. I really wouldn't recommend these shocks due to the high price. I wish I would have bought the original motorcraft shocks.
Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Springs
I had a buddy install them for me. He had both rears done in about 35 minutes with no problem but once he took the front's off he couldn't do it. The reason was because the shocks compressed and with the Eibach spring being shorter there was no way to push the shock threw the spring. I then had to take them his friends shop that had the correct machine. Other then that I love the looks of them and the ride is so much better.
